( Metallic Yarn)

M - UNSUPPORTED YARN

FLat metallic yarn, made from 12 or 24 micron polyester film, Alluminium metallised and Colour coated with Resin, Available standard widths are 1/25", 1/32", 1/50", 1/69", 1/100", 1/117". Generally used for Yarn dyed Woven and knitted fabrics.

MX Type

(Supported Yarn)

MX - SUPPORTED YARN

Any colour Flat metallic yarn is supported with Nylon 20 or 30 denier X2. Rayon or Polyester (any count) may also be used for supporting the flat yarn. Generally used for Yarn-dyed Woven and Knitted fabrics, Embroidery, Sweater, Socks, Hats, etc.

(Twisted Yarn)

MH - TWISTED YARN

120 or 150 denier Rayon, twisted with Flat metallic yarn. Polyester, Nylon or Cupro (any count) may also be used for twisting with the flat yarn (any colour/width). Generally used for Yarn-dyed Woven and knitted fabrics, Embroidery, Sweater, Socks, Hats, etc.

SJ Type

(Zebra Yarn)

SJ - ZEBRA YARN

Aluminum metalized and coated Polyester supported with colour rajlon yarn.

ST Type

(Covering Yarn)

ST-ROUND YARN

80, 150 or other denier Polyester or Rayon, round-covered with Flat metallic yarn (any colour), Pure - Silver metallised yarn is also available. Generally used for Yarn-dyed Woven fabrics, Embroidery, Braids, etc.
